Magmatec Engenharia have been constructing in Paraiba for 24 years. Since 1984 they have constructed 17 developments with over 72,000 sq mt’s of residential accommodation delivered to their clients.

Currently they are working on a further 15,681 sq mt’s of developments. One of these is called “Kilauea”. The development has 23 floors and 47 apartments, and has reservations on more than 50% of the apartments before construction has begun.
