The ever growing tourist infrastructure in Brazil is being met by the increase in visitors, especially in Northeast Brazil.  The country as a whole has shown an increase of 50% in international travellers since 2002.  On the other hand Northeast Brazil has shown an increase of 160%, taking the countries tourism sector to another level.  This is partly to do with the 4,000 km of spectacular coastline that is so desirable to holiday makers everywhere. 

As the leading country amongst property investors in the emerging property market, investments and purchases are showing returns at an annual figure of 20% in most areas.  With the cost of living being 20% less than that in Europe, these are just two financial incentives for investment.
